For the Cocktail Base: Mix every spirits and syrup in a large bottle, leave to sit for an hour, then strain best through cheesecloth, making it perfectly clear.

When ready to serve: Pour 85ml of your cocktail base to a mixing glass containing ice, gently stirring carefully for a minute to cool it down. Filter to a chilled martini glass or similar, top with some cranberries and complete it by giving it a brief mist of the essential oil over the drink.
